GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or refund to you. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Please contact our customer services at official@atomstack.com for return or exchange approval, and the product-related return address and a RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (RMA) form. Items returned to our warehouse without a valid RMA form will not be processed.

Conditions
If you receive a product that is defected, malfunctioning, or sent with wrong item, your return or exchange will be free of charge.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchased item for your own reason, you will be responsible for the costs of the shipping fee to and from our warehouses.
Transaction fee of PayPal, which is 4.4% of the total amount of your original order. PayPal may change its transaction fee rate, we will use the rate when your order was placed.

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchased item(s) was delivered to you. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase within 2 - 7 business days after returning has been processed.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for a different product in the same product line (laser engraver, accessory), provided that such product is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
Product must be returned in its original packaging
Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
If you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you are exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will refund you with the difference.
You are given the rights to exchange the item, Two times. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
Note: Refurbished products aren't allowed to be returned and exchanged.

Standard One Year Warranty For Laser Machines, And 6 Months for Laser Modules.

    Atomstack warrants a product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal indoor use and
    conditions, for a period of one year for the original invoice date.
    This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase from us or an authorized dealer is required for warranty service.


What Does This Warranty Cover?
We warrant that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the respective Product user manual, during the Warranty Period(defined below). Please refer to the Instructions inside each package for a description of proper use and care of the unit.

We agree, at its option during the warrantty period to furnish a refurbished or replacement product of equal value in exchange without charge(except for a fee for handing, packing, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This Warranty does not cover damages directly or indirectly arising or resulting from or during:

    Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.
    Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
    Use with another product or other damage or loss suffered by the use or combination of any other item.
    Damages incurred during improper or inadequate maintenance.
    Repairs by an unauthorized service technician.


Open Box & Clearance Items

    Open Box items are products that have damaged packaging or are otherwise not suitable to be sold as new. All items are tested to be working by a member of our team.
    Open Box items come with a 6-month warranty instead of the standard 12 months warranty and are not eligible for any warranty extension offered to new products. We will not accept returns of Open Box items due to cosmetic damage or other non-performance-related issues. All sales of Open Box items are final and not eligible for a return or refund.

The license key for the LightBurn software is intended for users with GCode and many other digital controllers. It unlocks the trial version of the software for permanent use and allows installation on up to two PCs (Windows 32/64-bit, Mac OSX or Linux).

System languages: Czech, German, Spanish, Finnish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, English, etc.


Q&A

Is it a subscription? 

- No. You pay once, the software will work forever as long as you have your license key.

How many computers can I use it on? 

- The license lets you use the software on up to two computers at once, they don't have to use the same operating system, and a license can be easily moved if you get a new computer. If you need to use 3 computers, we'll happily update your license to allow it, for free - just email support@lightburnsoftware.com with your license key and ask for a 3rd seat. If you need more seats or a floating license setup, we can do that too - contact us for pricing and details.

Does the license expire? 

- The license key has an expiry date - a year from when you first activate it. When it expires, it's still valid, you just don't get updates anymore. If you download a version of the software released after your license expires, it won't work, but any version released before the key expired will continue to work.

 

Please note that the two-computer limit doesn't mean you can only install the software twice - the license system in LightBurn keeps track of which computers you have the key installed on. If you get a new computer and want to move the license to it, just deactivate the old computer first.  In LightBurn, go to Help > License Management, and click the Deactivate button. That will remove the old computer from your license, and then you can install the license on the new machine.  If you ever have a hard disk fail, or sell a computer, we can remove the computer from the license for you, as long as we have your license key.

If you purchased your LightBurn license from another company, we'll need to assign your name & email to your license key. Email support@lightburnsoftware.com with your key, name, and email and we can do this for you.

All products (except the ones marked as “pre-sale” in their product titles) you purchase on www.atomstack.com will be delivered to the address of the order within 5 - 30 days(the delivery time will be depending on different shipping methods or warehouses), otherwise you are given the right to request a full refund of your order after a postal inspection. You are entitled to own the item(s) delivered to you after the refund. 

For pre-sale orders, we will delivery within 30 - 40 days.
For refurbished items, we will delivery within 3 - 20 days. 

Custom Duty 
We stock most of our products mainly in US warehouses, Mexico warehouse, and European warehouses, in this case most orders from customers will be fulfilled domestically, so there will be no customer duty needed to be paid by most customers from European Union, Mexico and USA. 

However, we also will ship the products from Shenzhen China while the product is out of stock in US, EU or other warehouses, in this case, we will cover the 100% custom fee for the customer who is located in European Union and North America when the shipping method is non-Express, otherwise, customer should pay all custom fee by themselves. 

Shipping Time Frame 
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the delivery time. 
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks and packing for shipment. It will take 2 - 3 days.
Delivery time: the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you. After your order is shipped out, the delivery time solely depends on the warehouse.
