All products (except the ones marked as “pre-sale” in their product titles) you purchase on www.atomstack.com  will be delivered to the address of the order you placed within 5 - 10 days, otherwise you are given the right to request a full refund of your order after a postal inspection. You are entitled to own the item(s) delivered to you after the refund.

Custom Duty

We stock most our product mainly in US warehouses and European warehouses, in this case most orders from customers will be fulfilled domestically, so there will be no customer duty needed to be paid by most customers from European Union and USA.

However, we also will ship the products from Shenzhen China while the product is out of stock in US and EU warehouses, in this case, we will cover the 100% custom fee for the customer who is located in European Union, otherwise, customer should pay all custom fee by themselves.

Shipping Time Frame

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the delivery time.

 

Processing time: the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Delivery time: the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks and packing for shipment. It will take 2-3 days.

Delivery time:
