Shipping Policy

All products (except the ones marked as “pre-sale” in their product titles) you purchase on  will be delivered to the address of the order you placed within 5 - 10 days, otherwise you are given the right to request a full refund of your order after a postal inspection. You are entitled to own the item(s) delivered to you after the refund.

Custom Duty
We stock most our product mainly in US warehouses and European warehouses, in this case most orders from customers will be fulfilled domestically, so there will be no customer duty needed to be paid by most customers from European Union and USA.
However, we also will ship the products from Shenzhen China while the product is out of stock in US and EU warehouses, in this case, we will cover the 100% custom fee for the customer who is located in European Union, otherwise, customer should pay all custom fee by themselves.

Shipping Time Frame

Delivery Time And Methods
Delivery time depends on the addresses of the orders, it normally takes 3 to 7 days for orders to delivered to customers in USA and most European countries with FedEx, UPS, and DHL, and takes about 10 to 15 days with 4PX or other shipping methods.
