All products (except the ones marked as “pre-order” in their product titles) you purchase on www.atomstack.com will be delivered to the address of the order within 3 - 25 days (the delivery time will be depending on different shipping methods or warehouses), otherwise you are given the right to request a full refund of your order after a postal inspection. You are entitled to own the item(s) delivered to you after the refund.
For pre-order items, we will deliver within 30 - 120 days.
For refurbished items, we will deliver within 3 - 20 days.
- Please ensure the provided address is accurate, and note that we do not guarantee that the carrier will require a customer signature upon delivery.
- Please cooperate with the courier company in time for customs clearance. If customs clearance is not completed in time, return fees will be incurred. If the customer needs a refund, this part of the fee will need to be deducted. If the customer chooses to ship again, the user is responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
Custom Duty
We stock most of our products mainly in US warehouses, Mexico warehouse, and European warehouses, in this case most orders from customers will be fulfilled domestically, so there will be no customer duty needed to be paid by most customers from European Union, Mexico and USA.
However, we also will ship the products from Shenzhen China while the product is out of stock in US, EU or other warehouses, in this case, we will cover the 100% custom fee for the customer who is located in European Union and USA when the shipping method is non-Express, otherwise, customer should pay all custom fee by themselves.
* Attention: Some non-EU European countries and Canada may impose tariffs or require customers to clear customs (Canadian orders ship from US warehouse). We will email customers in these cases.
